The learning agreement should include all the learning outcomes that the student needs to acquire during the exchange. Each EMJMD Fellow receives a monthly fee for the entire duration of the EIMAS programme (four semesters) in accordance with the Erasmus+ Directives. Each semester, the student must acquire 30 ECTS. The ISLA must indicate which of the voting modules was chosen by the student. National language courses (module 8) are highly recommended in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd semesters. These activities, although not accredited, and voluntary participation in other courses at EIMAS will be included in the Diploma Supplement. This can be either field research or another well-prepared and structured internship of at least twelve weeks. Each student chooses a tutor for their fieldwork or internship and the final thesis. The supervisor must confirm his support by signing the ISLA, which contains the work title of the fieldwork and, by chance, the master`s thesis.

Fieldwork must be ISLA compliant. The request for travel for field research must be submitted to the unionized coordinator of EIMAS (EIMASCC) to the Executive Committee (EC) at least eight weeks before the scheduled departure date. (For more information, see 6 c) Travel expenses.) The defense of theses takes place until the end of August of the same year at the university where the student is enrolled in the 4th semester. . . .
