(5) Delivery tickets. The requirement that all shipments under the contract, with the exception of mailings to newspapers, periodicals or other periodicals, be accompanied by delivery slips or sales bulletins containing the following minimum information: (a) if a binding contract is to be entered into between the parties before the contractor takes over the delivery, the contracting agent requires written acceptance of the order (see item 2.101). (1) There is a variety of goods in a wide range of supplies or services that are generally purchased, but the exact items, quantities and delivery requirements are not known in advance and can vary considerably. A GSA BPA calendar is an agreement reached by a state purchaser with a Schedule contractor to meet the repetitive needs of supplies or services (FAR 8.405-3). BPAs allow the contractor and buyer to meet recurring needs taking into account the specific requirements of the customer, while the buyer`s full purchasing power is used by using quantity discounts, saving administrative time and reducing red tape. THE BPAs are advantageous for: b) the contract agent adds the clause to point 52.213-2, invoices, in orders, that authorize down payments (see 31 U.S.C.3324 (d) (2)) for subscriptions or other fees for newspapers, magazines, magazines or other publications (i.e. any print, microfilm, photocopied or magnetic or other publication). 1. The amount of the purchase is less than or equal to the micro-purchase threshold, with the exception of purchases made in an unusual and mandatory emergency or in support of emergency operations. Agencies may set higher dollar limits for certain activities or positions. (4) Persons authorized to purchase under BPA. A statement that a list of persons authorized to purchase under BPA is identified either by the title of the position or by the name of the individual organizational component and the limitation of the dollar per purchase for each position or per person, is placed at the supplier`s expense by the supplier.

(a) Except in accordance with item 32.1108 (b) (2), the state trade card is authorized for the production and/or payment of supplies, services or works. The government business card may be used by contract agents and other designated persons in accordance with point 1.603-3. The card can only be used for purchases authorized by law or by law. (i) a compilation of the most frequently used clauses for simplified acquisition transactions; and (2) a single company in which a large number of individual purchases are likely to be made over a period of time, at or below the simplified acquisition threshold; or (6) invoices. One of the following statements is added (with the exception of: that the statement of paragraph (a) (6) (iii) of this subsection should not be used if the accumulation of invoices by the government significantly increases the administrative costs of this method of purchase): (i) If support for supplies for U.S. use cannot be decommissioned for small businesses and applies to trade agreements (see subsection 25.4), Buy American-Free Trade Agreements-Israeli Trade Act, used with Alternate I or Alternate II, If so, instead of the clause of FAR 52.225-1, buy american-supplies.
